ANOTHER MANIC MONAY....

well here we are again....it's Monday! i have never enjoyed Mondays i think Mondays should be a mandatory day of recovery from the fun of the weekends. i don't know about you but my family truly lives for the weekends and we enjoy them to the fullest. that makes Mondays a dreadful day of recovery. anyway...we had a great weekend, dh worked some overtime on Saturday which we missed him alot but are thankful for the chance to work and that he has work. but our evening was fun, we hung out and played games as a family:) Sunday after church we took the girls to a McDonald's with the plalyland. they had so much fun running and playing. the weather has been so cold they haven't been able to get out and really play, so this was a nice time to burn some energy. And here we are at Monday, a day the Lord has made so we shall rejoice in it. i will rejoice but i still think it should be a day of recovery,thankfully God knows better LOL. my house isn't in terrible shape just a lot of little projects to be done, cleaning out the fridge, organize bookshelf, clean out kitchen cupboards... the list goes on and on. 8 yr old has school and things are getting hard there. she hasn't been very motivated lately it's like talking to brick wall lately. not sure if its the weather or if the second half of the year is just going to be harder than the first. we are making some changes today and are going to be using the timer to keep track of how much time is allowed to complete each assignment. hopefully this will get us both back on track. well my day awaits me and i can avoid it no longer, onto my Monday recovery wish me luck! have a blessed day and remember to rejoice in it!!!
